All photos, graphics, designs and text appearing on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Natasha Japp and are protected under United States copyright law and the Berne International Copyright Convention.

I do not consider infringement of my copyright in any form to be a marginal or harmless offense, therefore I will always seek appropriate compensation through legal proceedings from any unauthorized users of my copyright images as permitted by the USA and International law under the legislation of the Copyright Designs & Patents Act 1988.

All content is provided for onscreen viewing only. It is a violation of my copyright and committing a criminal offense to copy, download, store, reproduce, use or distribute any image on this site without a license agreement or written authorization from me. Manipulation of a copyright image or use of only a portion of the image still infringes my copyright.

The photos may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of Natasha Japp. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent allowed by law.

Use of any photo as the basis for another photographic concept or artistic work (digital, artist rendering, illustration, etc.) is a violation of federal and international copyright laws.

I do protect my copyright interests. In the event an infringement is discovered, the offender will be notified and invoiced by usage of the industry standard triple fee for unauthorized use and/or prosecuted for copyright infringement in the United States Federal Court where the offender will be subject to a fine of U.S. $150,000 for statutory damages as well as court costs, attorney’s fees and punitive damages.
