• Before the session
Will you photograph more than one pet?
I will photograph up to two pets during the same session for the fee listed. Each additional pet costs $50 extra.
How should I prepare my pet for the shoot?
Definitely get your pet groomed!
Can I be in the pictures?
Absolutely.
What equipment do you use?
I use Canon’s top-of-the-line 35mm digital equipment – the 1Ds Mark II.
• Fees & Policies
Do you require a deposit?
I require a $75.00 nonrefundable deposit (deducted from your fee) to book your date. It’s payable by check or credit card through PayPal. Full payment and a signed model/property release are due at your session day.
What if I get sick or my pet is ill on our shoot date?
Pets and people get sick. Let me know 24 hours before the scheduled shoot to set a new date and time. If you postpone your shoot with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, you will incur a 50% postponement fee.
What if it rains/snows?
We’ll work together to reschedule the session with no fees.
What if I need to cancel altogether?
If you cancel your shoot date, you will forfeit your deposit. All deposits are nonrefundable.

What should I bring to the shoot?
Your pet’s favorite treats, squeaky toys, or other favorite distractions. I will have some treats and toys as well.
What should I wear?
Something fun! Be yourself…
How many pictures do you take?
I’ll take approximately 200-300 images in a session.
• After the session
What happens after the shoot?
I will review the images, process and retouch your images; You’ll receive a link to your private proofing gallery 7-10 days after the session. You can then choose which prints & products you’d like to order from your pet and dog photography session.
Place your order and wait for them to arrive. Display and enjoy!
What can I do with the digital files?
I will provide a print release, which means that you can print the images for personal use without copyright infringement. You cannot use them for commercials, advertisement, or contests or resell the images without my written consent.
